Online tools and services

Self-serve options to help keep you safe and informed.

We’re continuously working to provide you with more options to engage with us online. Whether you’re accessing your online account, contacting us during an outage or reporting an issue, we're here for you.

To help serve you better, we currently offer the following online tools and services.

Outage tools

We recently launched a new outage map. It provides a more user-friendly way to access outage information, as well as improved reliability and functionality.

You can now:

  • View outages by location or ward
  • Search for outages by address or geolocation
  • Explore different map styles, including road, satellite and hybrid views
  • Enable weather radar
  • Access other relevant information and resources

Our outage map shows where outages are taking place, approximately how many customers are affected, the current estimated time of restoration, and crew status. Updated every 10 minutes, 24/7.

Whether you’re looking to report an outage or get updates, you can use the live power outage chat feature.

Agents are available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The app will track your location only if you accept the geo location prompt on your device. Geo location is not connected to your user identity.

The app has gone through rigorous security testing and continues to adhere to strict security measures and standards.
