Save on Energy programs

CoolSaver Program

The CoolSaver Program offers homeowners and tenants in Toronto's Richview South area instant discounts on air conditioner and heat pump tune-ups, as well as central air conditioner replacements. Learn more about CoolSaver.

Energy Affordability Program (EAP)

EAP offers energy-saving measures that can help participating households manage their energy use and lower electricity costs. If you qualify, you may be able to get LED lightbulbs, power bars, insulation and more.

Home Renovation Savings Program

Save on Energy and Enbridge Gas, supported by the Ontario government, have a financial incentive program to help Ontarians enhance their home efficiency and comfort.

The Home Renovation Savings Program provides rebates for energy-efficient upgrades, including heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, smart thermostats, insulation and more. Additional rebates are available for new installations of solar panels and battery energy storage systems (when paired with solar panels).

Peak Perks Program

Are you a residential customer with central air conditioning that is controlled by your smart thermostat? If so, sign up for Peak Perks and start getting rewarded for reducing your energy use when demand for electricity in Ontario is high during the summer months.

City of Toronto programs

Eco-Roof Incentive Program

The City of Toronto offers incentives to support the installation of green roofs and cool roofs (known collectively as eco-roofs) on Toronto homes and buildings. Learn more about the Eco-Roof Incentive Program.

Energy Retrofit Loan Program

Receive fixed, long-term, low-interest financing towards low-carbon, energy-efficient capital improvements through the City of Toronto's Energy Retrofit Loan Program. Eligible measures and technologies include, but are not limited to, battery energy storage systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, heat pumps, lighting and more.

Home Energy Loan Program

Toronto homeowners can receive low-interest financing up to $125,000 to cover the cost of home energy improvements, such as air sealing, air-source heat pumps, battery energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging stations, solar panels, window and door replacements, and much more.

Canada Greener Homes Loan

Receive up to $40,000 of interest-free financing when executing eligible home retrofitting projects recommended by an energy advisor. Visit Natural Resources Canada's website to learn more about the loan details and see if you're eligible.

Enbridge Gas Home Winterproofing Program

Eligible customers receive energy-efficient upgrades, including insulation and draft proofing.
