Submit a request to repair Toronto Hydro assets.
Steps involved in the service repair request process
Fill out and submit your service request through our Service Repair Request Online Form. You’ll need to include all required information, including the location of the Toronto Hydro equipment requiring repair, equipment type and pictures of the damaged equipment (if possible and safe to do so).
One of our representatives will review your service repair request and may contact you if they require any additional information.
Once we’ve determined its level of priority, we’ll submit your request for execution. Service repair timelines are dependent on several factors and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We’ll dispatch a crew to make the necessary repairs to Toronto Hydro equipment. Depending on the type of asset(s) requiring repair, crews may work over the span of several days or months.
Please note that we don’t notify the requestor once the repairs are completed, but greatly appreciate you taking the time to submit a service repair request in order to help keep our equipment working safely and reliably!
Note: Toronto Hydro may change any part of this process at its sole discretion.
