Ersilia Serafini is the President and CEO of Summerhill, a Canadian owned and operated energy efficiency implementation company operating in nearly every province and territory. With a career dedicated to the country’s environmental and energy sector, she builds and leads teams working to achieve measurable reductions in energy use.
Ms. Serafini is also the Chair of the Clean Economy Fund, an active member of Young Presidents Organization and formerly served as a Director of the Board of Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator.
Ms. Serafini completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto. She is the recipient of the Next Generation Award from the Italian Chamber of Commerce, has been ranked on a list of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in Canada by Profit Magazine and has been named a marketing icon in the making by Strategy Magazine.
