Bob Zebeski is Vice-President, Customer Care at Toronto Hydro. He oversees day-to-day operations for the Customer Care team, including the contact centre, billing, collections, accounts receivable, meter operations, meter data management, customer connections, and large customer and key accounts.
Mr. Zebeski has over 25 years of diverse operational experience across operations, accounts receivables, contact centre, collections and customer experience, and has experience in both the public and private sectors. He has championed organizational business transformation initiatives with a focus on customer and client experience.
Mr. Zebeski is a passionate leader focused on providing positive customer experiences and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto as well as Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
